{"id":6661,"date":"2020-04-16T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.honducargo.com\/?p=6661"},"modified":"2024-09-25T20:44:48","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T02:44:48","slug":"sinager-authorizes-the-national-movement-of-cargo-merchandise-and-vehicles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/honducargo.com\/en\/sinager-authorizes-the-national-movement-of-cargo-merchandise-and-vehicles\/","title":{"rendered":"SINAGER authorizes the national movement of cargo, merchandise and vehicles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The objective of decongesting seaports and avoiding importers\ncharges for storage or delay, the different productive and business sectors of\nthe country are informed that the national movement of the transport service is\nAUTHORIZED cargo, merchandise and import vehicles among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The statement released by SINAGER through the Secretariat of Security\nand the Honduran Customs Administration, states that all personnel involved in\nthe logistics chain may circulate in the same way from the port, temporary\nwarehouse, customs or fiscal, to their destination. final at the importer&#8217;s\nfacilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Single Central American Declaration (DUCA), also known as an\nimport policy, will serve as a SAFE CONDUCT and will be valid for five (5)\nbusiness days to circulate from its date of issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner of the cargo or vehicle must distribute a photostatic or\ndigital copy of the DUCA to all the personnel necessary to move and unload said\nmerchandise or vehicle;&nbsp;This includes motorists, drivers, forklift\noperators, warehousemen, warehouse managers, loaders, unloaders, and other\npersonnel involved in these logistics operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the aforementioned personnel must comply with biosecurity measures throughout the logistics chain, making use at all times of masks, gloves and antibacterial gel or alcohol.
